The Plyobox also offers a 3-in-1 function as it has the three different heights that are considered standard in functional fitness: 20 inches (50 cm), 24 inches (60 cm) and 30 inches (76 cm). The different heights allow you to tailor the training to your abilities and needs.
Our wooden plyo box is ideal for various jumping exercises such as box jumps, burpee box jumps and many more. But you can also use them for plyo push-ups, triceps dips, pike push-ups and Bulgarian lunges - there are no limits to your creativity!
