Step 2:
- Up to 9 cm: S/M

Usage tips
Washing
The best care tip is to let your grips dry completely after every workout, e.g. with the included carabiner, on the outside of your training bag.
That way, you will never actually need to wash them.
Never wash your grips in the machine. If you want to remove blood stains, wash them out carefully with a little water.
Unpleasant odors
Unpleasant odors normally never occur if you let your grips dry completely after every workout.
If it does happen anyway, you can put your grips in the freezer to get rid of the odor, or use the Odor Crusher Spray.
Moisturizer
You can make the edges of the holes in your grips a little more flexible by applying a very small amount of regular moisturizer or hand cream to the edges.
However, do not use too much, so the cream does not get onto the main surface of the grips.
