How to find the perfect size
Step 1:
If you use your grips in the traditional way, then measure Length 1 according to the photo below.
However, if you do not use the holes in the grips, or if you use the fold-over technique to hang from the bar, then measure Length 2 instead.
If you're not sure, measure Length 1.

Step 2:
If you're exactly between two sizes, choose the larger size.

Grips with 2 or 3 holes - which is right for you?
3-hole grips cover the entire palm and therefore offer the greatest protection.
2-hole grips protect the centre of the palm and therefore protect the most important area of the palm.
If you're looking for maximum protection, choose 3-hole grips.
If it's important to you to have as little material as possible between you and the bar, choose 2-hole grips.
If you're not sure, we recommend the 3-hole option for optimal protection during training.

Usage tips
Washing
The best care tip is to let your grips dry completely after every workout, then you won't have to wash them at all.
Never wash your grips in the machine. If you want to remove blood stains, wash them out carefully with a little water.
Unpleasant odours
Unpleasant odours usually never develop if you let your grips dry completely after every workout.
If it does happen, you can put your grips in the freezer to get rid of the smell, or use the Odor Crusher Spray.
Moisturiser
You can make the edges of the holes in your grips a little smoother by applying a very small amount of regular moisturiser or hand cream to the edges.
However, don't use too much, so the cream doesn't get onto the main surface of the grips.
