How to find the perfect size

Step 1:
Use a tape measure to measure the  Abdominal circumference with air drawn in at the level of the belly button.

Step 2:
Find out your size here.  If you are between two sizes, then  choose the smaller size.

• M:  74 -  84 cm
• L:  84 - 94 cm
• XL:  94 - 105 cm
