How to find the perfect size
Step 1:
If you use your grips in the conventional way, then measure Length 1 according to the photo below.
However, if you do not use the holes of the grips, or use the fold technique to hang from the bar, then measure Length 2 instead.
If you are not sure, then measure Length 1.
Step 2:
If you are exactly between two sizes, choose the larger size.

Usage tips
Washing
The best care tip is to let your grips dry completely after every workout, then you will never need to wash them at all.
