The crunchy snack from Optimum Nutrition
The Optimum Nutrition Crunch Bar provides protein, some of it from whey isolate. It has a chocolate-flavoured coating on the outside, while soy protein isolate crisps give it its signature crunch on the inside. Protein contributes to the growth of muscle mass.
Each flavour has its own recipe
All flavours provide around 20 g of protein per bar. The other flavours have their own recipes with different nutritional values; check the label on each bar for the exact figures. Isomalt and sucralose provide sweetness instead of table sugar.
How to use
The Crunch Bar is ideal as a snack after training, a light boost before exercise or a bite between meals when you're on the go.
Notes
Contains soy and milk. Consuming large amounts of the sugar substitute isomalt may have a laxative effect. Store the bar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
