Thanks to the extremely strong, pre-assembled eyelet hook, you can attach the climbing rope practically anywhere in no time at all. In addition to ceiling mounting, you can also attach the rope to a pulley, or simply loop it over a tree or a beam (please watch out for sharp edges), and pull the rope through the hook.

The available rope diameters of 3.8 cm and 5 cm cater to different training needs. The 3.8 cm diameter meets the international standard (1.5 inches) and is the most common choice for cross-fitness training. It fits comfortably in the hand, is suitable for all standard rope climbs, and is used by most gyms and athletes.

The 5 cm diameter, on the other hand, offers an exciting variation in your workout. Thanks to its larger grip, it is ideal for advanced athletes, for targeted grip strength training, or for people with particularly large hands. The product photos show the 5 cm version.
