The best weightlifting belt for functional fitness training and Olympic weightlifting
When striving for your best performance in weightlifting, CrossFit, or powerlifting, the weightlifting belt is your strongest ally. It not only protects your spine from injury but also promotes proper form when lifting heavier weights and reduces strain on the intervertebral discs. Whether you’re doing squats, deadlifts, Olympic weightlifting, or other lifting exercises, the belt helps you maintain proper form and lift heavier weights by increasing intra-abdominal pressure.
Top-level security with an innovative double-lock system
The HighPowered weightlifting belt offers maximum stability thanks to its double-buckle closure. The intuitive hook-and-loop system ensures a secure fit with every movement and can be adjusted to your individual needs.
For quick workouts, just use the metal buckle; when you start lifting heavy weights, you can add the large plastic buckle for a guaranteed hurricane-proof hold.
Design meets functionality
Not just a functional standout, but also a statement piece at the gym: This jet-black weightlifting belt, featuring a subtle black logo and strap, underscores your commitment to quality and style. This accessory is a real head-turner that reflects your professional approach to the sport.
How to Find the Perfect Size
Step 1:
Measure your waist circumference with a tape measure at the level of your navel while holding your stomach in.
Step 2:
Find your size here. Important: If you're between two sizes, choose the smaller one.
- XXXS:65–70cm
- XXS:70–75 cm
- XS: 75–80 cm
- S: 80–87.5 cm
- M: 87.5–97.5 cm
- L: 97.5–108 cm
- XL: 108–118 cm
Here's how to check the fit
If you've fastened your weightlifting belt tightly enough, there should be a gap of about 2 to 5 cm between the two ends of the belt at your navel, or at the very least, they shouldn't overlap.
Tips for using your weightlifting belt
For best results when training with your weightlifting belt, use it primarily when lifting more than 85% of your maximum weight. However, some athletes also use it with lighter weights for extra support to maintain proper form even when fatigued.
Position the belt correctly—it should sit around the level of your navel to maximize core stability.
