Usage tips
Adjusting the cable length correctly
You can adjust the cable to your body height in just a few simple steps.
(Required tool: side cutters or pliers to shorten the cable)
- Loosen both screws at the cable ends (using the included Allen key).
- Stand with one foot in the middle of the cable and pull both handles up to your upper chest (armpit height).
- Tighten the screws at this point on the cable
- Snip off the excess cable with pliers. Tip: At first, leave a few centimetres spare until you have found the optimal length.
- Done!
