Mini Resistance Bands
The mini version of the resistance bands is perfect for training on the go, and for various exercises to stabilize the legs and hips.
The mini bands - also called hip bands - are often used for squats.
Through Holding against the resistance trains your knees to buckle, making it easier for you to maintain correct form when doing squats.
Find the right resistance for you
Each mini band has a length of 60 cm, resulting in a diameter of 30 cm when in use. The width is 5 cm.
We only recommend the green and blue bands if very light resistance is desired.
The yellow, red or black band fits most applications.
- Green: 3-6 kg resistance (thickness: 0.3 mm)
- Blue: 6-10 kg Resistance (Thickness: 0.5 mm)
- Yellow: 10-14 kg Resistance (Thickness: 0.7 mm)
