Ingredients

L-citrulline DL-malate, beta-alanine, L-tyrosine, betaine hydrochloride, choline bitartrate, colouring: beetroot extract; taurine, anti-caking agent: calcium silicate; magnesium citrate, flavourings, potassium bicarbonate, resistant dextrins, sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia; D-glucuronolactone, sodium bicarbonate, caffeine from coffee beans, acetyl-L-carnitine, rhodiola extract, elderberry extract.

Allergens: May contain milk, gluten, egg, crustaceans, fish, soy, sulphites and mustard.

Directions: Mix 1 scoop of powder (16.5 g) with 350ml water, take 30 minutes before intense training. High caffeine content. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age or elderly people (CONTAINS 360 MG CAFFEINE PER MAXIMUM 2 SERVINGS).
