Caffeine and coffee fruit extract for focus and alertness
Each serving provides 300 mg of natural caffeine and 100 mg of NeuroFactor coffee fruit extract, plus 195 mg of PureWay-C and 100 mg of theobromine. Caffeine supports short-term physical performance. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (300 mg/serving).

At the heart of the formula are 6 g of vegan-fermented L-citrulline and 3.2 g of beta-alanine per serving. It also contains 2.5 g of anhydrous betaine, 1 g of vegan-fermented L-tyrosine, 1 g of taurine and 1 g of choline bitartrate, along with 50 mg of AstraGin and 100 mg of Senactiv. Directions and dosage
Mix one serving (1 scoop) of GHOST Legend V4 into 250 to 300 ml of water and drink it before training. Start with half a serving to assess your tolerance.
