When your workout calls for heavy lifts and high volume, the Frog HD Knee Sleeves come into play. The 7 mm thick knee sleeves offer an especially high level of compression. The two-layer material blend of 60% polyester and 40% rubber protects your knees and provides support and compression when you move into the deep position in squats, cleans, lunges and snatches. You also get additional rebound for your knees.
High compression needs a little break-in time
The high level of compression may require some breaking in and pre-stretching at first. In the beginning, you may therefore need to pull the knee sleeves up and down during training. If you prefer less compression right from the start, choose one size larger.
