Measure your wrist and use the size guide below as a reference. The range includes sizes for every wrist and is usually used as follows:

Youth (7" / 18 cm) for children, women, and people with a slim wrist

Standard (8" / 20 cm) for men with an average wrist

XL (9" / 23 cm) for people with a wide wrist

The wristbands are about 12.5 mm wide in all sizes.
