Vitasauri® Kids Magnesium provides high-quality trimagnesium dicitrate—a magnesium compound containing 16% elemental magnesium. This form is commonly used in dietary supplements because citrate compounds occur naturally in energy metabolism. Trimagnesium dicitrate is also often described as being well-tolerated.

The powder has a pleasant, fruity orange flavor and is completely sugar-free. Instead, it is sweetened with stevia. It mixes easily into water or food, making it easy to take.

What is the best way to take magnesium powder?

The recommended dosage is 2 level measuring spoons (1.5 g of powder) daily. The powder can simply be stirred into 100 ml of water or added to food. It can be taken with or without meals.

Ingredients

Trimagnesium citrate, orange juice powder, natural flavor, acidifier: malic acid; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; color: beta-carotene.

Directions for use: Dissolve one serving (0.75 g of powder or 1 level scoop) in 50 ml of liquid or add to food. Take 2 servings daily as needed.
