Recommended intake: Regardless of age, we recommend that children take 2 g of powder daily (= approx. 2 measuring spoons). Gradually add the powder to liquid (100 ml) while stirring continuously. If clumps form, wait 10-15 minutes until the powder has absorbed the liquid, then stir well again. Alternatively, the powder can also be added to other foods and dishes.
