Vitamin B Complex from Edubily

The Edubily Vitamin B Complex offers a balanced blend of eight high-quality B vitamins in their activated and bioavailable forms. For example, Edubily uses the already activated form of vitamin B6 (vitamin B6 phosphate), the metabolically active 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (methylfolate), and two bioactive vitamin B12 variants. In addition, the formula contains glycine, which also plays an important role in 1-carbon metabolism.

The dosage of the 8 B vitamins in this product is precisely balanced, so it can be used both on its own and in combination with other dietary supplements.

Why are B vitamins so important?

B vitamins are involved as coenzymes in many biochemical processes, including energy metabolism. Certain B vitamins such as folic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 are involved in what is known as 1-carbon metabolism, which plays a role in processes such as cell division and neurotransmitter formation.
