What vitamins and minerals does it contain?

Mama-Multi provides a carefully selected combination of vitamins and minerals in a balanced dosage—not too much and not too little:

• Vitamin A (retinol): – 200 µg exclusively as retinol. 
• Vitamin B complex: Significantly higher doses than in traditional multivitamin products.
• Folic acid: Edubily uses 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, the active form of folate.
• Vitamin E, vitamin B12, iodine, and selenium: Higher doses than in most conventional multivitamin supplements.

The dosages are based on established reference values and recommendations for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

• NO iron, magnesium, or omega-3: These should be supplemented on an individual basis
• NO gimmicks like plant extracts, PQQ, or CoQ10: Edubily deliberately avoids these additional ingredients—even though some of them might be potentially beneficial, there is currently no clear body of research to support their use.

How does the Mama-Multi differ from the Multi?

Both products are very similar. However, the dosages in Mama-Multi have been specially adjusted. It does not contain PQQ or CoQ10, as these substances are currently not approved for use by pregnant women in the EU.

I'm afraid of overdosing!

If you are already taking other dietary supplements, talk to your midwife or doctor to see if taking additional supplements is a good idea.

Calcium ascorbate (vitamin C), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), selenium yeast, zinc bisglycinate, D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), nicotinamide (niacin), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), sodium riboflavin-5-phosphate (vitamin B2), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), manganese gluconate, copper gluconate, 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt (folic acid), potassium iodide, retinyl acetate (vitamin A), chromium picolinate, D-biotin (biotin), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), sodium molybdate, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), methylcobalamin, and hydroxocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Recommended use: Best not taken on an empty stomach. If you have a sensitive stomach, we always recommend taking the capsule with a meal. Take 1 capsule daily, whole, with plenty of water, with one of your meals.

Do not take vitamin A during pregnancy without consulting a doctor!
