Which vitamins & minerals are included?
Mama-Multi provides a carefully selected combination of vitamins and minerals in a balanced dosage – not too much and not too little:
- Vitamin A (retinol): – 200 µg exclusively as retinol.
- Vitamin B complex: Significantly higher dosed than in classic multivitamin products.
- Folic acid: Edubily uses 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, the active form of folate.
- Vitamin E, vitamin B12, iodine and selenium: Higher dosages than in most conventional multivitamin supplements.
The dosages are based on recognised reference values and recommendations for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
- NO iron, magnesium or omega-3: These should be supplemented individually
- NO gimmicks such as plant extracts, PQQ or Q10: Edubily deliberately avoids these additional substances – even though some of them could potentially be useful, there is still no clear body of studies.

How does Mama-Multi differ from Multi?
Both products are very similar. However, the dosages in Mama-Multi have been specially adjusted. It contains no PQQ or Q10, as these substances are currently not approved in the EU for pregnant women.
I’m afraid of overdosing!

Why is Mama-Multi more expensive than other products?

Recommended intake: Best not taken on an empty stomach. If you have a sensitive stomach, we always recommend taking the capsule with food. Swallow 1 capsule daily without chewing, with sufficient liquid, with one of your meals.
