Why should I take lactoferrin?

Our lactoferrin is gently extracted at low temperatures so that its native structure is preserved. Depending on the milk processing method, this native structure of lactoferrin may be damaged, meaning the biological activity of the lactoferrin can no longer be guaranteed.
Are there any known side effects?
Lactoferrin is generally well tolerated. Sensitive individuals may occasionally experience mild gastrointestinal discomfort, though this is usually mild. Since lactoferrin is obtained from cow's milk, people with cow's milk allergies should test their tolerance.
