My powder has become hard. Is that normal, and can I still use it?
Yes, that is completely normal. The powder readily absorbs moisture from the air and can clump even when sealed. However, this has no impact on quality. Simply break up the powder and dissolve it in water.
Why does the powder clump, or why does it form lumps?
The ingredients in edu_basic are highly hygroscopic, which means they draw moisture from the air and form clumps. This happens faster especially in summer when humidity is high. However, this does not affect the quality. Make sure to store the product correctly, use it up promptly, and shake the bag well before and after taking a serving.
