EAA⁺ Powder from Edubily: powder with essential amino acids
Edubily EAA⁺ Powder gives you a balanced blend of ten essential amino acids, now also with arginine and histidine. Essential amino acids are protein building blocks that the body cannot produce itself and therefore must come from the diet.
The powder is free from artificial sweeteners – instead, stevia provides a natural, pleasant sweetness. Thanks to the addition of sunflower lecithin, the powder dissolves well in water.
Why this composition is based on nature
EAA products are often formulated based on theory. Edubily, however, based its formula on high-quality dietary proteins to offer a balanced composition. They have now also added the semi-essential amino acids arginine and histidine to their new formula.
In science, histidine is now considered conditionally essential, and arginine is also described in science as a relevant amino acid, which is why the product has been expanded with these building blocks.
What makes EAA products different from BCAAs?
BCAAs include leucine, isoleucine and valine – three essential amino acids that are building blocks of the body’s own proteins and are popular among athletes. EAA (essential amino acids), on the other hand, include all ten amino acids that the body cannot produce itself.
The EAA Powder therefore contains the BCAAs plus the amino acids lysine and threonine, methionine, tryptophan and phenylalanine as well as histidine and arginine.
Frequently asked questions & answers from Edubily
What are the raw materials derived from?
The amino acids come – with the exception of methionine – from corn-based fermentation (non-GMO). No corn residues remain. Methionine is of synthetic origin.
Is the powder also available unflavoured?
Unfortunately not. Some of the amino acids it contains have an extremely strong taste of their own, which makes EAAs in pure form, meaning without additives, unpalatable. That is why our product contains flavouring and stevia for sweetness. Some people may still notice a slightly bitter note.
There is a sachet with small beads in the powder. Should it stay there?
Yes, the desiccant sachet should definitely stay in the bag. The powder absorbs moisture quickly and can otherwise become hard. The desiccant sachet absorbs the moisture, is harmless to health and biodegradable.
When should I take the powder?
It can be taken before, during or after fitness training – or simply between meals. The exact timing is not crucial.
