New: Version 5 – optimized formula for optimal tolerability

Version 5 of “Das Multi” has been further optimized and emphasizes a balanced micronutrient profile. Based on the “Back to the Roots” concept, the formula has been streamlined and specifically tailored. While earlier versions pushed some maximum limits to the maximum, the dosage of trace elements in V5 has been reduced—for better tolerability and greater individual adaptability.

Special attention is now also being paid to the redox factorpyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) (brand-name ingredientMGCPQQ®), which plays a crucial role in many physiological processes, as well as to Q10 in adequate amounts.  eQ10 plays a major role in energy production within cells, as it is required by mitochondria to transport electrons and thereby generate energy. 

 

Frequently asked questions and answers from Edubily

Why is this product more expensive than competing products?

The quality of the ingredients and their bioavailability make all the difference.
Unlike many other brands, “Das Multi” contains only high-quality, bioavailable micronutrients and contains no cheap fillers. It is manufactured in Germany under strict quality controls. 

Is the multivitamin too low in dosage?

“Das Multi” is formulated to provide the ideal dosage to effectively supplement—not replace—your daily diet. Excessive doses are not stored by the body but are excreted, and in some cases may even be harmful in the long term.

Does the product use the oxidized (ubiquinone) or reduced (ubiquinol) form of CoQ10?

We use the conventional, i.e., oxidized form of CoQ10. The reason for this is that ubiquinone ol  —as is often the case—does indeed raise Q10 levels in the blood more significantly (about twice as much; see below) than ubiquinone on, but at the same time is many times more expensive. Ubiquinol would raise the price of the multivitamin extremely high—which is out of proportion to the benefit customers would derive from it.

I feel nauseous after taking it

Nausea after taking this product may be due to the copper and zinc it contains. This is not unusual. It is recommended that you take the product with a meal rather than on an empty stomach to minimize any potential side effects.

Does the Multi contain allergens or sugar?

No, it is free of fructose, lactose, gluten, and sugar.

Why doesn't it contain any iron?

Not everyone benefits from taking additional iron. In fact, iron can unnecessarily cause oxidative stress in the blood. If you have an increased need for iron, we recommend targeted supplementation with our product Iron with Lactoferrin.

Can I take this product while I'm pregnant?

For pregnant and breastfeeding women, we recommend the specially formulated“Mama Multi”.

What products should I avoid combining with the Multi?

The Multi can be combined with all other edubily products.

Combination with medications

If you are taking anticoagulants such as Marcumar, you should consult your doctor before taking this product. Aspirin is not affected by this.

If in doubt, it is generally recommended to consult your doctor before taking the medication.
