The powerful Performance Monitor 5 (PM5), supplied as standard with every RowErg, delivers reliably comparable data for every workout.
The PM5 offers a simple "Just Row" mode or lets you set up a wide range of workouts. The monitor shows you a broad range of data, including pace, watts, stroke rate and calories, and automatically stores this information either in the internal memory or on a USB drive.
Connected training
If you are looking for a more immersive training experience or a live competition or coaching option, there is an app for that!
The PM5 is an open platform, which means you can connect wirelessly via Bluetooth to a wide range of apps that give you training motivation and support.
Heart rate monitors and devices can also be connected via ANT+.
Flywheel and damper
The Concept2 RowErgs use air resistance to respond to your power output. Thanks to the adjustable air resistance, you always have full control over the intensity of your workout.
