Reliable workout data
The powerful Performance Monitor 5 (PM5), which comes standard with every RowErg, reliably delivers comparable data for every workout.
The PM5 offers a simple “Just Row” mode or allows you to set up a variety of workouts. The monitor shows you a wide range of data including pace, watts, stroke rate and calories and automatically saves this information to either internal memory or a USB drive.
Connected Training
If you're looking for a more intense training experience or a live competition or coaching option, there's an app for that!
The PM5 is an open platform, meaning you can connect wirelessly via Bluetooth to a variety of apps that provide you with workout motivation and support.
Heart rate monitors and devices can also be connected to ANT+.
Wind turbine and air flap
The Concept2 RowErgs use air resistance to respond to your power input. Thanks to the ability to adjust the air resistance, you always have full control over your training effort.

Storage and transport
