The Concept2 RowErg™ sets the standard for indoor rowing machines.

Reliable workout data
The powerful Performance Monitor 5 (PM5), which comes standard with every RowErg, reliably provides comparable data for every workout.
The PM5 offers a simple "Easy Rowing" mode or lets you set up a variety of workout programs. The monitor displays a wide range of data, including pace, watts, stroke rate, and calories, and automatically saves this information either to its internal memory or to a USB drive.
Connected Training
If you're looking for a more intense workout experience or a live competition or coaching option, there's an app for that!
The PM5 is an open platform, which means you can connect wirelessly via Bluetooth to a wide variety of apps that provide training motivation and support.
Heart rate monitors and other devices can also be connected via ANT+.
Wind turbine and air damper
Concept2 RowErgs use air resistance to respond to your effort. Because you can adjust the air resistance, you have full control over the intensity of your workout at all times.
The windmill design minimizes noise while providing an authentic rowing experience.
Storage and Transport
The RowErg can be easily moved on its casters during workouts and can be quickly disassembled into two parts for compact storage (no tools required). Ideal for homes or gyms that need flexible space.
