The Concept2 BikeErg has the same flywheel and Performance Monitor as the Concept2 Indoor Rower and SkiErg.
The C2 Bike uses air resistance generated by the flywheel. This resistance principle enables smooth, responsive and quiet riding.
The damper setting on the BikeErg works like the gears on a bike. You can decide for yourself how strong the resistance should be.

Performance Monitor
The Performance Monitor lets you customize your training and provides instant feedback during your workout with a wide range of display modes. You can use it to measure your performance precisely, track your progress and compare your performance data with others. A smartphone holder for the monitor is also included.
The Performance Monitor supports wireless heart rate measurement via ANT+ and Bluetooth as well as a wide range of apps and online challenges. The rotation of the flywheel powers the monitor during training to extend battery life.
Adjustable saddle and handlebar
Both the handlebar and saddle positions are easy to adjust. The saddle height can be adjusted with a secure, tool-free adjustment system. The horizontal saddle position and saddle angle can be individually adjusted. The handlebar is adjustable vertically and horizontally and offers three different riding positions.
Customize it
Prefer your own BikeErg configuration? No problem. With the BikeErg, you can easily fit most standard bike parts. This means you can use your own handlebar, saddle or pedals.
