The Concept2 BikeErg features the same flywheel and performance monitor as the Concept2 Indoor Rower and the SkiErg.
The C2 Bike uses air resistance generated by the wind turbine. This resistance mechanism ensures a smooth, responsive, and quiet ride.
The air valve adjustment on the BikeErg works like the gears on a bicycle. You can choose how much resistance you want.

Performance Monitor
The Performance Monitor allows you to customize your workouts and provides instant feedback during your workout with a wide range of display modes. You can use it to accurately measure your performance, track your progress, and compare your performance metrics with others. A smartphone mount for the monitor is also included.
The Performance Monitor supports wireless heart rate monitoring via ANT+ and Bluetooth, as well as a wide range of apps and online challenges. Spinning the windmill generates power for the monitor during workouts to extend battery life.
Adjustable saddle and handlebars
Both the handlebar and saddle positions can be easily adjusted. The saddle height can be adjusted using a secure, tool-free adjustment system. The horizontal saddle position and saddle angle can be customized. The handlebars are adjustable both vertically and horizontally and offer three different riding positions.
Customize
Do you prefer your own BikeErg setup? No problem. You can easily attach most standard bike parts to the BikeErg. This means you can use your own handlebars, saddle, or pedals.
Belt drive
The BikeErg uses a quiet belt drive instead of a chain. The self-tensioning belts extend the machine's lifespan and reduce maintenance requirements.
Lightweight and easy to handle
The BikeErg's aluminum frame and built-in transport wheels make it both lightweight and easy to handle. Weighing just 26 kg, it is lighter than most stationary bikes.
