Cellucor's Pre-Workout Ingredients

Cellucor's C4 Ultimate contains L-citrulline, CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, BetaPower® betaine, L-tyrosine, choline bitartrate, caffeine, and specialized plant extracts such as CereBoost™, EnXtra®, and AstraGin®.

With minerals and vitamins 

The formula is enriched with minerals and vitamins, including:

• Magnesium: contributes to normal muscle function and normal energy metabolism.
• Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin): helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride): contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
• Potassium: contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.

Preparation:

Mix one serving (2 scoops) into 700 ml of water 20–30 minutes before your workout.
