BSN Nitrix 2.0 delivers creatine monohydrate and L-citrulline in tablet form, with no shaker or powder to mix. The formula also contains hawthorn, pomegranate and grape seed extracts, plus cayenne pepper extract, niacin, black pepper extract and resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum root extract.
Three grams of creatine and three grams of L-citrulline daily
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Two servings of Nitrix 2.0 per day give you exactly that amount. Each serving of three tablets contains 1.5 g of creatine monohydrate and 1.5 g of L-citrulline. Take one serving before training and one after. That gives you 3 g of creatine and 3 g of L-citrulline per day, split across six tablets.
