You can buy this sand at affordable prices from your local hardware store. By being able to fill the bags yourself, you can set the weight exactly to your requirements.
The individual filler bags can be removed from or added to the Sandbag within just a few seconds, letting you switch flexibly between different weight levels during training.
For example, you can fill four bags with 10 kg of sand each, giving you the freedom to vary the training weight flexibly between 10 and 40 kg by putting bags in or taking them out.
