Applied Nutrition Critical Mass Professional provides 42 g of protein per serving (2.5 scoops, 150 g) from a blend of milk protein isolate, whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate, plus 75 g of carbohydrates from organic oats and maltodextrin.
Creatine, leucine and glutamine in the formula
Each serving contains 3 g of creatine monohydrate, along with 5 g of leucine and 5 g of glutamine peptides. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. The formula also contains 2 g of HMB, 500 mg of HICA, 250 mg of ALA, fats from CLA powder and MCT, and chromium in the form of chromium picolinate.
Digestive enzymes and Bacillus coagulans
Critical Mass Professional contains the DigeZyme multi-enzyme complex, comprising amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase and lipase, as well as the Bacillus coagulans strain LactoSpore.
Preparation
