Maintenance Tip: If the adjustment mechanism of your dumbbell no longer turns as smoothly after extended use, we have a simple trick: Apply a few small sprays of WD40 into the mechanism and turn the dumbbell several times from the smallest to the largest weight setting. Everything will run smoothly again – just like the first day!
