Roundtrip reminds you of the journey behind your PR
Every lift leaves its mark. Your PR doesn't happen in a single moment. It grows out of every early training session, every failed attempt and every small success along the way. The Roundtrip weightlifting belt from 2POOD is made for that journey. Covered in stamps representing the cities and milestones that have shaped 2POOD, it reminds you that every big lift has a long journey behind it. And yours is just beginning. Wherever your next PR takes you, buckle up and go get it.
The best weightlifting belt for functional fitness training and Olympic weightlifting
Every 2POOD weightlifting belt features the WODclamp™ - a quick-adjusting dual-buckle system with a hook-and-loop closure that gives you maximum security.
The WODclamp™ makes the 2POOD perfect for functional fitness training because you can switch between strength, gymnastics and cardio exercises without taking the belt off.
For fast-paced workouts, you can use just the metal buckle, allowing you to loosen and tighten the belt again in seconds with one hand.
When it's time for heavy weights, you can also use the second buckle of the WODclamp™. This gives you maximum security with a belt that won't come undone.
Lift more weight with greater safety
Thanks to increased core stability, the 2POOD makes it easier to maintain proper form when lifting weights.
This reduces the risk of spinal injury and helps you lift more weight with good form.
That extra stability can sometimes make all the difference in reaching your next PR.
But a weightlifting belt should never replace your focus on proper technique.
Made to an exceptionally high standard, 2POOD weightlifting belts are known for their durability and will serve you well for a long time.
They support your technique during heavy strength training, such as squats and deadlifts, as well as Olympic lifts like clean & jerks and snatches.
Worn by the world's best athletes
The 2POOD weightlifting belt is IWF-compliant and used by Olympic weightlifters and professional fitness athletes. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, 2POOD is a top choice for weightlifting.

How to find the perfect size
Step 1:
Use a tape measure to measure around your abdomen at belly-button height with your stomach pulled in.
Step 2:
Find your size below. Important: If you're between sizes, choose the smaller size.
- XXXS: 65 - 70 cm
- XXS: 70 - 75 cm
- XS: 75 - 80 cm
- S: 80 - 87.5 cm
- M: 87.5 - 97.5 cm
- L: 97.5 - 108 cm
- XL: 108 - 118 cm
How to check the fit
When your 2POOD weightlifting belt is properly tightened, there should be a gap of about 2 to 5 cm between the two ends of the belt, or at least they should not overlap.
Tips for use
The 85% rule
The most common recommendation is to use a weightlifting belt when lifting more than 85% of your maximum weight.
Some athletes, however, appreciate the support even with lighter weights, helping them maintain good form as they get tired during a workout.
How to wear your 2POOD weightlifting belt
One of the most common mistakes when using a weightlifting belt is wearing it too low. The belt should sit roughly at belly-button height.

Care
The best care tip is to let your 2POOD weightlifting belt dry completely after every training session. That way, you'll never need to wash it.
If you do want to wash your weightlifting belt, wash it by hand in cold water.
