Woodlands is camouflage with character

Fine branches and twigs in beige, golden brown, and black create a woodland camouflage that clearly stands apart from classic military camo. The design was created together with Danielle Brandon. When you show up, you do it properly.

The best weightlifting belt for functional fitness training and Olympic weightlifting

The "Petite" is the extra-narrow version of the 2POOD weightlifting belt, with a 7.6 cm width instead of the usual 10 cm. This gives you noticeably more space between your rib cage and hip bone, and you feel less restricted during deep squats, cleans, and snatches. Core stability stays the same.

Every 2POOD weightlifting belt is equipped with the WODclamp™, a quick-adjust double-buckle system with a hook-and-loop fastener. This makes the belt perfect for functional fitness training, because you can switch between strength, gymnastics, and cardio exercises without taking the belt off.

For fast workouts, the metal buckle is enough, letting you loosen and close the belt in seconds with one hand. When it is time for heavy weights, you additionally use the second buckle of the WODclamp™ and have a belt that is guaranteed not to open.

Move more weight with greater safety

Thanks to increased core stability, it is easier to maintain correct posture when weightlifting. This reduces the risk of spinal injury and helps you move more weight with clean technique.

The extra stability can make exactly the difference that gets you to your next PR. However, a weightlifting belt should never replace your focus on proper exercise technique.

The high-quality 2POOD belts are known for their durability and will serve you faithfully for a long time. They support your technique during heavy strength training such as squats and deadlifts, as well as Olympic lifts such as clean & jerks and snatches.

Worn by the best athletes in the world

The 2POOD weightlifting belt is IWF-compliant and used by Olympic and professional fitness athletes. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, 2POOD is the first choice for weightlifting. 2POOD athletes include:

  • Mattie Rogers
  • CJ Cummings
  • Jacob Heppner
  • Amanda Barnhart
  • Nick Urankar

How to find the perfect size

Step 1:
Measure your waist circumference at navel height with a measuring tape while holding your breath in.

Step 2:
Read your size here. Important: If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size.

  • XXXS: 65 - 70 cm
  • XXS: 70 - 75 cm
  • XS: 75 - 80 cm
  • S: 80 - 87.5 cm
  • M: 87.5 - 97.5 cm

The Petite belt is available up to size M. If you need L or XL, you can find these sizes in the regular 2POOD belts with a 10 cm width.

How to check the fit
When you have tightened your 2POOD weightlifting belt properly, the two ends of the belt should be about 2 to 5 cm apart, or at least not overlap.

Usage tips

The 85% rule

The most common recommendation for wearing a weightlifting belt is to use it as soon as you lift more than 85% of your max. However, some athletes like the support even at lighter weights so they can continue to perform the exercises cleanly when fatigue sets in during a workout.

How to wear your 2POOD weightlifting belt

One of the most common mistakes when using a weightlifting belt is wearing it too low. The belt should sit roughly at navel height.

Care

The best care tip is to let your 2POOD weightlifting belt dry completely after every training session; then you will never need to wash it. If you do want to wash it, do so by hand with cold water.
