The Forge is black on black
The Forge is matte black throughout, from the binding on the edges to the closure. The Strength Lifestyle lettering is embossed into the matte, suede-like surface and stands out only through its relief, not through color. No color accent, no pattern, no glossy detail, and the closure is black too. If you do not want a belt that seeks attention, but one that simply does its job, this is yours.
The best weightlifting belt for functional fitness training and Olympic weightlifting
The "Petite" is the extra-narrow version of the 2POOD weightlifting belt, with a width of 7.6 cm instead of the usual 10 cm. This gives you significantly more space between your rib cage and iliac crest and restricts you less during deep squats, cleans, and snatches. The stability for your core remains the same.
Every 2POOD weightlifting belt is equipped with the WODclamp™, a quickly adjustable double-buckle system with a hook-and-loop closure. This makes the belt perfect for functional fitness training because you can switch between strength, gymnastics, and cardio exercises without taking the belt off.
For fast workouts, the metal buckle is enough, so you can open and close the belt with one hand in seconds. When it is time for heavy weights, you also use the second buckle of the WODclamp™ and have a belt that is guaranteed not to come undone.
Move more weight with greater safety
Thanks to increased core stability, you can maintain the correct posture more easily when lifting weights. This reduces the risk of spinal injury and lets you move more weight with clean technique.
The additional stability can make exactly the difference that gets you to your next PR. However, a weightlifting belt must never replace your focus on proper exercise technique.
The high-quality belts from 2POOD are known for their durability and will serve you faithfully for a long time. They support your technique in heavy strength training such as squats and deadlifts, as well as in Olympic lifts such as clean & jerks and snatches.
Worn by the best athletes in the world

How to find the perfect size
Step 1:
Using a measuring tape, measure your waist circumference at navel height with your breath drawn in.
Step 2:
Read off your size here. Important: If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size.
- XXXS: 65 - 70 cm
- XXS: 70 - 75 cm
- XS: 75 - 80 cm
- S: 80 - 87.5 cm
- M: 87.5 - 97.5 cm
The Petite belt is available up to size M. If you need L or XL, you can find these sizes in the regular 2POOD belts with a 10 cm width.
This is how you can check the fit
When you have tightened your 2POOD weightlifting belt properly, the two ends of the belt should be about 2 to 5 cm apart, or at least not overlap.
Usage tips
The 85% rule
The most common recommendation for wearing a weightlifting belt is to use the belt as soon as you are moving more than 85% of your max. However, some athletes like the support even at lighter weights so they can continue to perform the exercises cleanly when fatigued during the workout.
How to wear your 2POOD weightlifting belt
One of the most common mistakes when using a weightlifting belt is wearing it too low. The belt should sit around navel height.

Care
The best care tip is to let your 2POOD weightlifting belt dry completely after every training session, then you will never need to wash it. If you do want to wash it, do so by hand with cold water.
