The Florecer blooms when the pressure rises
Orange, red and golden-yellow flowers bloom on the warm brown of the Florecer, with individual bold blue accents and olive-green leaves in between. How to find the perfect size
Step 1:
Use a measuring tape to measure your waist circumference at belly button height while bracing your core.
Step 2:
Read your size here. Important: If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size.
- XXXS: 65 - 70 cm
- XXS: 70 - 75 cm
- XS: 75 - 80 cm
- S: 80 - 87.5 cm
- M: 87.5 - 97.5 cm
The Petite belt is available up to size M. If you need L or XL, you can find these sizes in the regular 2POOD belts with a 10 cm width.
How to check the fit
When you have tightened your 2POOD weightlifting belt properly, the two ends of the belt should be about 2 to 5 cm apart, or at least not overlap.
Usage tips
The 85% rule
The most common recommendation for wearing a weightlifting belt is to use the belt once you are moving more than 85% of your max weight. Some athletes, however, like the support even at lighter weights so they can keep performing the movements cleanly when fatigue sets in during the workout.
