The Firecracker lights up in bright red
The Firecracker shines in a bold red and sparkles subtly across the entire surface. Black edging, black lining, and the silver-colored metal buckle create a calm frame around the color. On the right, there is a small black patch with a red embroidered 2POOD kettlebell. If you want your belt to stand out instead of just blending in, this is your color.
The best weightlifting belt for functional fitness training and Olympic weightlifting
The "Petite" is the extra-narrow version of the 2POOD weightlifting belt, with a width of 7.6 cm instead of the usual 10 cm. This gives you noticeably more space between your ribcage and hip bone and restricts you less during deep squats, cleans, and snatches. Core stability remains the same.
Every 2POOD weightlifting belt is equipped with the WODclamp™, a quickly adjustable double-buckle system with a hook-and-loop closure. This makes the belt perfect for functional fitness training, because you can switch between strength, gymnastics, and cardio movements without taking the belt off.
For fast workouts, the metal buckle is enough, allowing you to loosen and close the belt with one hand in seconds. When it is time for heavy weights, you additionally use the second buckle of the WODclamp™ and have a belt that is guaranteed not to come undone.
Move more weight with greater safety
Thanks to increased core stability, it is easier to maintain correct posture when weightlifting. This reduces the risk of spinal injury and lets you move more weight with clean technique.
The added stability can be exactly the difference that gets you to your next PR. But a weightlifting belt should never replace your focus on performing the exercise correctly.
The high-quality 2POOD belts are known for their durability and will serve you reliably for a long time. They support your technique during heavy strength training such as squats and deadlifts, as well as Olympic lifts like clean & jerks and snatches.
Worn by the best athletes in the world
The 2POOD weightlifting belt is IWF compliant and is used by Olympic and professional fitness athletes. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, 2POOD is the first choice for weightlifting. 2POOD athletes include:

- CJ Cummings

How to find the perfect size
Step 1:
Use a measuring tape to measure your waist around your belly button while holding your breath in.
Step 2:
Read off your size here. Important: If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size.
- XXXS: 65 - 70 cm
- XXS: 70 - 75 cm
- XS: 75 - 80 cm
- S: 80 - 87.5 cm
- M: 87.5 - 97.5 cm
The Petite belt is available up to size M. If you need L or XL, you can find those sizes in the regular 2POOD belts with a 10 cm width.
How to check the fit
When you have tightened your 2POOD weightlifting belt properly, the two ends of the belt should be about 2 to 5 cm apart, or at least not overlap.
Usage tips
The 85% rule
The most common recommendation for wearing a weightlifting belt is to use it once you are moving more than 85% of your max. However, some athletes like the support even at lighter weights so they can continue performing movements cleanly when fatigue sets in during a workout.
How to wear your 2POOD weightlifting belt
One of the most common mistakes when using a weightlifting belt is wearing it too low. The belt should sit roughly at belly-button height.

Care
The best care tip is to let your 2POOD weightlifting belt dry completely after every training session, then you will never have to wash it. If you do want to wash it, wash it by hand with cold water.
