The Cosmic looks black until the light hits it
At first glance, the Cosmic looks like a completely normal black belt. Only up close do you see the subtle glitter running across the entire width and shimmering bluish in the light. The edging and strap stay simple black, with a small black patch featuring the kettlebell logo in silver grey in the middle. If you like it understated but still do not want to give up all the shine, this is your belt.
The best weightlifting belt for functional fitness training and Olympic weightlifting
The “Petite” is the extra-narrow version of the 2POOD weightlifting belt, with a width of 7.6 cm instead of the usual 10 cm. This gives you noticeably more space between your rib cage and hip bone and restricts you less during deep squats, cleans, and snatches. The stability for your core stays the same.
Every 2POOD weightlifting belt is equipped with the WODclamp™, a quick-adjust double-buckle system with a hook-and-loop closure. This makes the belt perfect for functional fitness training, because you can switch between strength, gymnastics, and cardio exercises without taking the belt off.
For fast workouts, the metal buckle is enough, letting you release and fasten the belt with one hand in seconds. When it is time for heavy weights, you also use the second buckle of the WODclamp™ and have a belt that is guaranteed not to come undone.
Move more weight with greater safety
Thanks to increased core stability, it is easier to maintain proper posture while lifting. This reduces the risk of spinal injury and lets you move more weight with clean technique.
The extra stability can make exactly the difference that gets you to your next PR. But a weightlifting belt should never replace your focus on correct exercise technique.
The high-quality 2POOD belts are known for their durability and will serve you faithfully for a long time. They support your technique during heavy strength training such as squats and deadlifts, as well as Olympic lifts like clean & jerks and snatches.
Worn by the best athletes in the world
The 2POOD weightlifting belt is IWF-compliant and used by Olympic and professional fitness athletes. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, 2POOD is the first choice for weightlifting. 2POOD athletes include:
- Mattie Rogers
- CJ Cummings
- Jacob Heppner
- Amanda Barnhart
- Nick Urankar
- Chyna Cho
- Haley Adams
- Tasia Percevecz
- Sam Briggs

Usage tips
The 85% rule
The most common recommendation for wearing a weightlifting belt is to use the belt as soon as you are moving more than 85% of your max. However, some athletes like the support even at lighter weights so they can continue to perform movements cleanly when fatigued during a workout.
How to wear your 2POOD weightlifting belt
One of the most common mistakes when using a weightlifting belt is wearing it too low. The belt should sit at about navel height.
