The Cosmic looks black until the light hits it
At first glance, the Cosmic looks like a completely normal black belt. Only up close do you see the fine glitter running across the full width and shimmering blueish in the light. The edging and pull strap stay understated in black, with a small black patch featuring the kettlebell logo in silver-grey in the centre. If you like it subtle but still don’t want to completely give up on shine, this is your belt.
The best weightlifting belt for functional fitness training and Olympic weightlifting
The “Petite” is the extra-narrow version of the 2POOD weightlifting belt, with a 7.6 cm width instead of the usual 10 cm. This gives you significantly more space between your rib cage and iliac crest and restricts you less during deep squats, cleans and snatches. Core stability stays the same.
Every 2POOD weightlifting belt is equipped with the WODclamp™, a quick-adjust double-buckle system with hook-and-loop fastener. This makes the belt perfect for functional fitness training, because you can switch between strength, gymnastics and cardio exercises without taking the belt off.
For fast workouts, the metal buckle is enough, letting you loosen and fasten the belt with one hand in seconds. When it’s time for heavy weights, you also use the second buckle of the WODclamp™ and get a belt that is guaranteed not to open.
Move more weight with greater safety
Thanks to increased core stability, it’s easier to maintain correct posture when weightlifting. This reduces the risk of spinal injuries and lets you move more weight with clean technique.
The added stability can be exactly the difference that gets you to your next PR. But a weightlifting belt should never replace focusing on correct exercise technique.
The high-quality belts from 2POOD are known for their durability and will serve you faithfully for a long time. They support your technique during heavy strength training such as squats and deadlifts, as well as Olympic lifts such as clean & jerks and snatches.

Usage tips
The 85% rule
The most common recommendation for wearing a weightlifting belt is to use the belt as soon as you move more than 85% of your max weight. However, some athletes like the support even at lighter weights to keep performing the exercises cleanly when fatigue sets in during the workout.
How to wear your 2POOD weightlifting belt
One of the most common mistakes when using a weightlifting belt is wearing it too low. The belt should sit around belly-button height.

Care
The best care tip is to let your 2POOD weightlifting belt dry completely after every training session, then you won’t ever need to wash it. If you do want to wash it, wash it by hand with cold water.
