Use the following chart to determine which knee sleeve size is best for you. Measure the circumference of your calf muscle at its thickest point – typically 10 cm below the knee.
Note: If you prefer a tighter, competition-oriented fit, consider choosing a sleeve one size smaller than the chart suggests.
