The best weightlifting belt for functional fitness training and Olympic weightlifting
Every 2POOD weightlifting belt features the WODclamp™ - a quick-adjusting dual-buckle system with a hook-and-loop closure that gives you maximum security.
The WODclamp™ makes the 2POOD perfect for functional fitness training because you can switch between strength, gymnastics and cardio exercises without taking off your belt.
For fast-paced workouts, you can use just the metal buckle, letting you loosen and tighten the belt again in seconds with one hand.
When it's time to lift heavy, you can also use the second buckle of the WODclamp™. This gives you maximum security with a belt that won't come undone.
Lift more weight with greater security
Thanks to increased core stability, the 2POOD makes it easier to maintain proper form when lifting weights.
This reduces the risk of spinal injury and lets you lift more weight with proper form.
That extra stability can sometimes make all the difference in reaching your next PR.
But a weightlifting belt should never replace a focus on proper exercise technique.
The exceptionally well-made 2POOD weightlifting belts are known for their durability and will serve you well for a long time.
They support your technique during heavy strength training, such as squats and deadlifts, as well as Olympic lifts like clean & jerks and snatches.
Worn by the world's best athletes
The 2POOD weightlifting belt is IWF-compliant and used by Olympic and professional fitness athletes. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, 2POOD is the first choice for weightlifting.

- S: 80 - 87.5 cm
- M: 87.5 - 97.5 cm

Usage tips
The 85% rule
The most common recommendation is to wear a weightlifting belt when lifting more than 85% of your maximum.
Some athletes prefer the support even at lighter weights so they can maintain proper form as they tire during a workout..
How to wear your 2POOD weightlifting belt
One of the most common mistakes when using a weightlifting belt is wearing it too low. The belt should sit around belly-button height.

The best care tip is to let your 2POOD weightlifting belt dry completely after every workout. That way, you'll never need to wash it.
If you do want to wash your weightlifting belt, wash it by hand in cold water.
