- Measure the circumference of your calf at the thickest point - usually 10 cm below the kneecap.
- Find your size here:
XS: 31 - 33 cm
S: 33 - 35 cm
M: 35 - 37 cm
L: 40 - 43 cm
Note: If you are exactly between two sizes, or if you want stronger compression, choose one size smaller.
