How to find the perfect size
Using a tape measure, measure the circumference of the abdomen at the level of the belly button with the air pulled in.
Read your size here. Important: If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size.

- S:80 - 87.5 cm

How to check the fit
If you have tightened your 2POOD weightlifting belt properly, then the two ends of the belt should be about 2 to 5 cm apart, or at least not overlapping.
