Chasing Gains makes training a way of life
Training isn't a hobby. It's part of who you are. Back and biceps. Leg day. 400 mg of caffeine and one more set than you needed. 2POOD made Chasing Gains for everyone who never skips a session in their training split. Or leaves their belt behind. Less talk. More pain.
The best weightlifting belt for functional fitness training and Olympic weightlifting
Every 2POOD weightlifting belt features the WODclamp™ - a quick-adjust double-buckle system with a hook-and-loop closure that gives you maximum security.
With the WODclamp™ , the 2POOD is perfect for functional fitness training because you can switch between strength, gymnastics and cardio exercises without taking off your belt.
For fast-paced workouts, you only need to use the metal buckle, allowing you to loosen and tighten the belt again in seconds with one hand.
When it's time to lift heavy, you can also use the second buckle of the WODclamp™. That gives you maximum security with a belt that won't come undone.
Lift more weight with greater security
The added core stability of the 2POOD makes it easier to maintain proper form when lifting weights.
This reduces the risk of spinal injury and lets you lift more weight with good form.
That extra stability can sometimes make all the difference in reaching your next PR.
But a weightlifting belt should never replace your focus on proper form.
Exceptionally well-made 2POOD weightlifting belts are known for their durability and will serve you well for a long time.
They support your technique during heavy strength training, such as squats and deadlifts, as well as Olympic lifts like clean & jerks and snatches.
Worn by the world's best athletes
The 2POOD weightlifting belt is IWF-compliant and used by Olympic and professional fitness athletes. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, 2POOD is a top choice for weightlifting.

Tips for use
The 85% rule
The most common advice on when to wear a weightlifting belt is to use it once you're lifting more than 85% of your maximum.
Some athletes like the support even at lighter weights so they can maintain good form as they tire during a workout.
How to wear your 2POOD weightlifting belt
One of the most common mistakes when using a weightlifting belt is wearing it too low. The belt should sit roughly at belly button height.

Care
The best care tip is to let your 2POOD weightlifting belt dry completely after every workout. That way, you'll never need to wash it.
If you do want to wash your weightlifting belt, hand-wash it in cold water.
