Your squat rack will be delivered to you in separate parts and you will need to assemble it yourself. Your delivery will include instructions explaining the individual steps. You also have the option of bolting your rack to the floor for added stability.

There are a variety of exercises you can perform on a rack. These include shoulder presses, deadlifts, and bench presses. Safety during training is high, as our models have long and stable spotter arms.

Many strength athletes train on squat racks because they offer great versatility. However, they are designed for every athlete: you can easily set up a rack in your home gym and train different muscle groups there using your own body weight or additional weights.
