Yes, we offer you a wide range of equipment for your workout. Alongside our dumbbells, you can also order a weight bench so you can train safely. A suitable power rack is also helpful for expanding your training. Buy the right accessories in our online shop.

Make sure to choose a suitable weight that lets you perform the planned exercises correctly. We recommend progressive weight increases, where you increase the weight by only 0.5 to 2 kg week by week. For this, you can use our Change Plates .

For your weight training, you have two options: dumbbells and barbells. There is no better or worse method – they are simply different. With dumbbells, you have a greater range of motion and engage more stabilizing muscles, while with barbells you can train several muscle groups at the same time. Many customers choose our adjustable dumbbell, which lets you adjust the weight flexibly.

If you order by 17:00 (Monday-Friday), your order will usually be delivered on the next working day. The products are available directly from our warehouse in Rothenthurm. We ship our parcels with Swiss Post and Planzer.

Find the right weight for your barbell

The flagship model of our barbells, the Olympic Barbell, is available in two different weight classes: The 15 kg women's bar is the standard model for women and the men's bar at 20 kg matches the standard weight for men's barbell training. We also offer various specialty barbells such as Safety Squat Bars, Curl Bars and more. The high-quality barbells are ideal for CrossFit and weightlifting. The Olympic Barbell is made from alloy spring steel, which is especially robust and durable. You can attach weight plates with a diameter of 50 mm and 51 mm to the bar. The lighter 15 kg model is ideal for training various muscle groups. If you've already started CrossFit, aerobics, or weightlifting, then the weight should be a good fit. If you already have experience and have built up your muscles, you can go for the heavier 20 kg model. For an especially intense workout, we offer barbells and dumbbells as a set.
