Getting started with double-unders
The Velites training cable was specially designed for beginners.
If you are still having trouble with double-unders, start practicing with your Fire 2.0 Jump Rope or the Cyclone Jump Rope and the 2.5 mm cable.
Even if you want to improve your technique, the training cable is perfect for you. With more weight and a larger diameter, you will feel the rotations better in your wrists – helping you make especially fast training progress!
Suitable for all body heights
The cable has a total length of 3.5 meters. It fits all builds and body heights – even if you are over 2 meters tall.
Simply adjust it with pliers and cut it to size accordingly.
Includes safety accessories
The Velites competition cable comes with various accessories that protect you optimally during your jumps.
Rubber protective caps prevent you from injuring yourself with the steel cable, and special safety hooks prevent the rope from accidentally slipping off.
Durability
We recommend not using the standard cable on abrasive surfaces to ensure the longest possible durability.
