Thanks to the extremely strong, pre-mounted eyelet hook, you can attach the climbing rope practically anywhere in no time. Besides ceiling mounting, you can also attach the rope to a sled, or simply throw it over a tree or beam (please watch out for sharp edges), and pull the rope through the hook.
The available rope diameters of 3.8 cm and 5 cm meet different training needs. The 3.8 cm diameter corresponds to the international standard (1.5 inches) and is the most common choice in cross-fitness training. It fits perfectly in the hand, is suitable for all common rope climbs, and is used by most gyms and athletes.
The 5 cm diameter, on the other hand, offers an exciting variation in training.Due to the larger grip thickness, it is ideal for advanced athletes, targeted grip strength training, or individuals with particularly large hands. The product photos show the 5 cm variant.
