Weight Plate Set for Women
The women's weight plate set is used with a weight plate holder, such as the Weight vest by PicSil. The Weight vest weighs one kilogram.
For the women's weight class, two 2.5-kg weight plates are used. Thus, the total weight corresponds to the standard used in functional fitness competitions, as well as the "Murph" hero workout (6 kg for women).
The panels measure 25.5 cm x 30 cm, making them compatible with all standard panel mounts.
Note: These plates are not ballistic plates; they are designed for fitness and training purposes.
