Recommended intake: Regardless of age, we recommend a daily intake of 2 g of powder for children (= approx. 2 scoops). Gradually add the powder to liquid (100 ml) while stirring constantly.In case of clumping, wait 10-15 minutes for the powder to absorb the liquid and then stir well again. Alternatively, the powder can also be added to other foods and dishes.
