Concept2 SkiErg
The Concept2 SkiErg provides a combined strength-building and endurance workout. In addition to providing an excellent upper body workout, the SkiErg also trains abdominal/back muscles and legs with each pull. The SkiErg is suitable for both double pole and diagonal techniques.

Performance Monitor
The Performance Monitor sets the Concept2 SkiErg apart from other similar devices. It can accurately measure your performance, monitor your progress, and compare your performance scores with others. Each SkiErg is equipped with the latest monitor, the PM5.
Freestanding or wall mounted
The SkiErg can be wall mounted or freestanding with the SkiErg FloorStand. Wall mounting is the most space efficient, while the SkiErg FloorStand, with its built-in transport wheels, offers mobility and flexibility. Regardless of how you choose to mount it, the SkiErg assembles in a few simple steps. The wall mount, the FloorsStand and the necessary tools and accessories are of course included.
High-strength traction ropes
The SkiErg uses high-strength traction ropes. The hauling ropes are stronger than steel, extremely light and guarantee direct, smooth hauling.
Windmill and air flap
The SkiErg responds to every pull, so you always have full control over your effort and resistance. The air flap adjustment allows you to very quickly control the airflow to the windmill housing to achieve the feel you want when pulling.
