The strap keeps your grips securely in the right place throughout the entire workout and improves your grip strength by distributing the weight from your fingers to your wrist. The adjustable hook-and-loop fastener adapts to your wrist, without any uncomfortable seams.

How to find the right size
Note: If you are exactly between two sizes, choose the smaller size for the Speed Grips.

Measure the distance from the end of your wrist to the base of your middle finger.
Find your size here:
- Size S: up to 10.5cm
- Size M: 10.5cm to 12cm
- Size L: 12cm to 13.5cm
- Size XL: from 13.5cm
