We ship from our Swiss warehouse in Rothenthurm, SZ.
Orders with items ready for immediate dispatch are shipped the same day on working days if placed by 5 pm, and are usually delivered on the next working day.
Depending on size and weight, we ship by post, parcel service, or freight carrier.
For orders over CHF 150, we deliver free of shipping costs within Switzerland.
If your order contains items with different availability, we ship it as soon as all items are ready for dispatch.
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them.
We will send exchange items back to you free of charge. Returns to our Swiss warehouse are at your own expense.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Exceptions are items for trying on, such as clothing, knee sleeves, or hand grips. These can of course be unpacked and tried on.
Our products are covered by the statutory 24-month warranty rights for material and manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear is excluded. This applies in particular to consumables such as tapes, wraps, grips, or other products that naturally wear out through regular use.
Damage caused by improper use or external impact is also not covered by the warranty.
If a product arrives defective or damaged, get in touch with us. We’ll review the case and find a fair solution.
You can pay with us by invoice, with Twint (pay now or later), credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and prepayment.
The availability of individual payment methods, especially purchase on invoice, is checked at checkout. If you have any problems with payment, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
